About Chris Scibelli
Chris Scibelli, the Broker/Owner/Operating Principal, started his real estate career at the age of 18 in 1977. After earning a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University in 1981, he owned several retail and service businesses in Brooklyn. He soon refocused on real estate, leading to numerous investment opportunities and establishing himself as a new construction expert in the 1990s.
In 1994, Chris founded his own successful real estate company, which became a leading firm in the area. In 2003, he purchased and was awarded the first Keller Williams Realty franchise in New York State. Under his leadership, the market center has grown to nearly 160 realtors serving their communities.
In 2015, Chris formed The Chris Scibelli Team within Keller Williams Realty. Over the years, he has held several prestigious positions, including Chairman of the Great Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service (2000-2002), Realtor of the Year (2002), President of the Orange County Association of Realtors (2008), and Director for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors until 2016. He is also a New York State Certified Instructor and has chaired multiple committees at the local and state levels, serving on a Presidential Advisory Council for NYSAR in 2010.
